2008 OFFICE UPDATE

We have had a very busy and productive 2007 year and hope this update finds you well and enjoying good health in 2008. Our state of the art legal facility allows us to better serve our clients. We continue to keep a case load which enables us to provide our clients with concentrated and personalized attention. This is turn allows us to be available, and meet the needs of our clients.

The renovations of our new office building in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania have been completed. Every inch of wall, inside and out, has been either painted, tiled, bricked or marbleized. Everyone on the staff is so glad that we are finished. The office open house was held on November 3, 2007 and was very successful. Many of our legal friends and experts showed up to enjoy the celebration and wish us well.

This year, we are scheduled to try several interesting cases. Two of the most tragic include relatively young people, one 42 year-old grandmother and a 38 year-old husband and father of two. Both of whom were suffering from a pulmonary embolism which went undiagnosed and caused their death. Family doctors and emergency room physicians did not diagnose the obvious symptoms that were ultimately life threatening such as; shortness of breath and coughing up blood.

In addition to our long standing relationship with medical experts, we have cultivated new strong relationships with additional board certified physicians with various medical specialties and sub-specialties. All of our experts are available to review medical records and provide expert opinions on the quality of care in a given situation such as the hospital, emergency room, or doctor's office and one day surgical center.

For further information, please see our recent case articles. Included in this selection is a case where we fought for years to see that justice was served for a young brain damaged child. Other articles show that we were able to help the plaintiff-wife and her family in their struggle to survive following the tragic stroke that changed their lives. Of course, such a result cannot be anticipated in every case and results may vary by case.

Did you know that we have NO rights when we enter an ambulance? The law says that EMTs are immune from liability, except for gross or willful negligence. This may mean a taxi ride could be safer. We need new laws to protect the public from irresponsible unprofessional treatment. We have also been successful in personal injury litigation, including a substantial claim against ambulance attendants' care of a patient. If you have such a case, please call us TOLL FREE @ 1-877-529-9969.

As you may know, we have a staff member who is knowledgeable in dentistry and pharmacology. He provides consultation and skilled review of cases where a severe injury is associated with a suspected drug interaction, medication error, as well as, dentistry malpractice. An area of the law that is rapidly expanding.

Please consult an attorney to understand the legal rights, you may be entitled as a result of your injury. Please call our TOLL FREE number @ 1-877-529-9969 if you, or someone you know, has a matter which needs legal attention.
