Digitek Uses
Digitek may be used as a part of the treatment for heart failure. It is seen as being beneficial in the treatment of irregular heart rhythms as well. While being treated with Digitek you may be able to walk and exercising thus, perhaps further improving your heart health as well as helping you return to a more normal lifestyle. Hypertension and Digitek are not directly synonymous. Rather, Digitek is prescribed to help regain health after a heart failure.
Precautions
As with any medicine, Digitek could interact with another medicine. So, before being prescribed Digitek or any medicine for that matter, make sure the doctor knows whatever other drugs you may be taking. Probably, your doctor would know about any other prescription medications you may currently be taking but make sure to tell him about any other medications you have taken, even if they are not prescription medications. Be sure to tell him or her of any vitamins, mineral or herbs as they could also interfere with the effectiveness of Digitek as well as possibly cause harmful reactions. It is very often an herbal E.D. formula, for instance, could react negatively to a prescribed medication.
Tell your doctor about anything you may have previously taken before your incident as some blood pressure medications take time to be adjusted to once you are no longer prescribed to them. So be sure to mention any beta-blockers or diuretics you may have been taking.

If you had been being treated for high blood pressure at the time of being prescribed to Digitek you may also have another medicine prescribed to you that will deal more directly with that problem.
Side Effects
Under certain circumstances Digitek could cause a host of problems such as feeling sick to the stomach or dizzy feelings. Sometimes it could be a normal response in adjusting to the new medication dosage but other times it cold be a reaction. Your doctor would have to know about anything of this nature occurring. Also of concern would be any reaction such as irregular beating of the heart or speeding up or slowing down of the heart rate or vision changes such as blurred vision.
