David Schwadron, Esquire

David Schwadron is a medical malpractice lawyer who joined the Lewis Law Firm in the Summer of 2008 after 13 years of physician medical malpractice and hospital medical malpractice defense litigation.

David brings this defense perspective and insight to the Lewis Law Firm and adds his significant major jury trial experience to that of Ms. Lewis. David is also an active contributing author to the Lewis Law Firm blog. David is a graduate of: Hightstown High School (1987); Franklin & Marshall College (1991) -majoring in Anthropology with a Minor in Psychology; and, the Widener University School of law, Delaware Campus (1995).

David Schwadron was born and raised in Mercer County, New Jersey and is admitted to the State and Federal Courts of both New Jersey and of Pennsylvania. He actively litigates cases involving significant injury, disability and death before Courts from Gloucester to Bergen Counties and from from Philadelphia to the Lehigh Valley. As a devoted father of two boys, David is particularly interested in cases involving birth injury, and baby and pediatric malpractice matters. David is also a first degree black belt in the martial art of Aikido.
